Answers to frequently asked questions about EdenCore VPN.

What is Xray Core and how is it better than a regular VPN?

Xray Core is the next generation of proxy protocol cores with support for VLESS, Hysteria2 and Reality. Unlike classic VPNs, Xray disguises traffic as regular HTTPS, making it nearly impossible for DPI systems to detect. Higher speed, better reliability.

What resources will I be able to access?

With EdenCore VPN you can access any blocked resources: Instagram, YouTube, foreign streaming platforms, messengers and corporate services. The Reality protocol is especially effective against modern DPI systems — traffic is indistinguishable from regular HTTPS.

What is the Reality protocol and why is it better?

Reality is a revolutionary protocol from the Xray family. It borrows the TLS certificate of a real public domain, making VPN traffic indistinguishable from access to a legitimate website. This fully bypasses SNI blocking and deep packet inspection.

Do you keep logs?

No. EdenCore VPN adheres to a strict No-Log policy: we do not record browsing history, DNS queries, IP addresses or session metadata. Servers architecturally have no capability to log user traffic.

How many devices can I connect?

The device limit depends on the plan:

  • Free — 1 device
  • Basic — up to 10 devices
  • Extended — unlimited devices

The "Connected devices" section in your dashboard shows 0 until the first connection — this is normal. Devices will appear after you finish setup and connect for the first time. This section is informational.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed by payment providers: bank cards and popular payment systems. We do not store card data — it is handled by the payment gateway. First 3 days are free, no payment details required.

How and when do I get days for referring a friend?

Referral days are credited only after the invited user pays for a subscription. The trial period doesn't count — if your friend only uses the trial, no days are credited for them.

Referral bonuses:

  • +5 days for you and the invitee on purchase
  • Tiered system: 5+ friends → +7 days each, 10+ → +10 days, 30+ → +15 days each
  • 5% cashback on every friend's purchase
Where do I get a link to invite a friend?
  1. Open your dashboard: https://apps.edencore-net.work
  2. Open profile settings (the person icon on the bottom panel)
  3. In the menu, go to "Referral system"
  4. Choose the link type — Telegram or Web
  5. Send the link to your friend

Days are credited after the invitee pays for a subscription — the trial period doesn't count.

What are the traffic limits on plans?
  • Extended — 700 GB per month
  • Basic — 500 GB per month
  • Free — 10 GB per month

Limits are in place to protect against abusive use of the service. In real-world usage, limits are almost never reached.

Traffic resets automatically on the first day of each month. The limit cannot be changed or increased, but you can pay for a traffic reset in your dashboard if needed.

How do I connect a family member's device to my subscription?
  1. On the dashboard home page, tap "Set up and configure"
  2. Choose "Another device"
  3. Tap "Copy link"
  4. Send the copied link to the other person
  5. They paste the link into the Happ app on their device

The device will then be connected to your subscription. There's no device limit — the "Connected devices" section is informational.

How do I open the dashboard on a computer and sign in?

The dashboard works right in your browser — nothing to download: https://apps.edencore-net.work

Email sign-in:

  1. Open the app and tap "Email"
  2. Enter your email and tap "Sign in"
  3. A 6-digit confirmation code arrives by email
  4. Enter the code in the PinInput fields
  5. After the first sign-in you can attach a Passkey — biometric or PIN sign-in without a code

Telegram sign-in: there's a Telegram icon button on the sign-in screen — sign in with your phone number, confirmation arrives in Telegram.

Add to home screen (PWA): install the app as a PWA via the browser menu or "Add to home screen" in the app menu.

How do I renew my subscription and does auto-pay work?

To renew your subscription and keep access after the current period ends:

  1. Go to your profile's purchase section
  2. Choose the number of months you want
  3. Pay — paid days are automatically added to your active subscription

Auto-pay: charges happen only when auto-pay is enabled. If it's not enabled, there are no automatic charges — payment is manual only. To stop paying, just don't pay for the next period.

VPN connects unstably — is it because of zapret?

Yes, if the VPN connects unstably (only some attempts succeed), the cause may be the zapret tool running on your device. How it works can break VPN connections.

Recommendation: temporarily disable zapret and check whether the connection stabilizes.

What is whitelist bypass and how do I get it?

Whitelist bypass (DPI bypass) is a feature that lets you get around internet access restrictions in Russian regions. Whitelists are only for those regions.

The feature is included in the Extended plan — no need to buy it separately. For "LTE Bypass" with whitelist bypass:

  1. Go to your profile's main page
  2. If you have no plan — tap "Buy", if you have one — tap "Change plan"
  3. Choose the "Extended" plan and pay (enter a discount promo code if you have one)
  4. After payment, follow the setup instructions for the app
